Self-care is so important and there are a lot more ways to practice this then doing a face mask or taking a long bath. Self-care is a broad topic. I was reading the lovely Reema’s blog post about stationery self-care ideas and thought it was such an amazing idea. So I thought I would share some of my stationery self-care ideas in aid of stationery week. If you love stationery make sure you check out Reema’s blog as she has great stationery themed content which every stationery addict would love to read.
Here are my 10 ways you can practice stationery self-care:
- Do some colouring
- Set up a bullet journal or fill in your bullet journal
- Write down one positive thing from each day
- Buy yourself new stationery –ย this is something I am always happy to do!
- Decorate a diary/journal or notebook and make it your own
- Write in your journal/diary
- Write to-do lists
- Organise your desk or stationery storage
- Doodling
- Write whilst outside or a change of scenery
What ways do you show yourself self-care or do you do any other stationery self-care practices?

Thank you so much for your lovely comment and your well wishes! I have had a better day less pain, so fingers crossed it is the start of the end! I love stationery everything especially colouring and I havenโt even had change to use my new colouring pencils yet as I have been so ill, so hopefully I can soon ๐๐ค๐ปxx

Whenever I feel overwhelmed or anxious the first place I go is to stationary – whether thatโs colouring, writing a list or filling out my bullet journal. This is a great list! ๐

Such a lovely post Lauren. I love buying stationaries and a good note book with smooth pages tempt me to keep writing haha! I enjoy coloring a lot and feel relaxing and wonderful. Using stickers is so coooooool. I need to make a bullet journal and to do list though. ๐

Love this list! I’ll take any excuse to buy new stationery! ๐ There are some of these things I need to do more often, though – like going somewhere else to write, especially now the weather is better. Need to pack up my notebook and head to the park, I think.
