8 Things I Have Achieved In 8 Months of 2019

How are we at the end of August already? This year seems to have flown by. I always think that it is important to reflect. I can look back on what I have experienced and what I have achieved. I can then plan some mini goals to achieve by the end of 2019. I thought as it is the end of August and Summer, I would share 8 things I have achieved in the 8 months of 2019.

  1. I had my first paid sponsored guest post.

  2. I posted everyday for stationery week and worked with some amazing brands.

  3. I have joined Slimming World.

  4. In these past 8 months I have learned to use my voice and stand up for myself in certain situations.

  5. I took out my first credit card, to help build my credit rating even more for a mortgage.

  6. I am currently planning my work’s Christmas party, like I did last year. I love planning events.

  7. I have been learning to cut negative influences in my life, to ensure I am surrounded by positive people.

  8. I have had a strict blogging schedule and it has really helped me stay motivated with my blog.

I am excited to plan some mini goals for the rest of 2019. There are so many things I have planned for my blog in the next few months and I am looking forward to sharing them with you all.

What is one thing you have achieved so far in 2019 that you are proud of? I’d love to hear in the comments.

  1. You sound like youโ€™ve done some amazing things! Best of luck for the remainder of the year โ˜บ๏ธxxx

  2. Congrats on achieving all of these amazing things!! Thatโ€™s a lot to accomplish in only 8 months. WOW! โ™ฅ๏ธ

2019 hasnโ€™t been a good year for me but Iโ€™m trying to make the last half of it count. Right now Iโ€™m working on improving my mental health by seeing a therapist, sticking to an exercise routine, and focusing on well-being, with some readings thrown into the mix. How do you stick to your blogging schedule? I am curious to know how you do it. ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. Sorry to hear it has been a difficult year. I hope this last part is better for you. A therapist is so helpful! I plan ahead. So write down the dates when I am posting and then fill the dates with content and get them written. I am going to do a whole post on it soon xx

  3. Congrats on accomplishing these things Lauren! It’s such a great feeling to land a paid collab from people who view you as a valuable blogger! Also well done with standing up for yourself and using your voice, it’s definitely not easy to do in certain circumstances. I hope your credit goes up even more with the credit card! xx

  6. Lauren!! This is so cool! Youโ€™ve done so much in such a short amount of time! Iโ€™m so happy that these have all happened for you and I know more is to come! ๐Ÿ’›

  7. What amazing goals to have reached and achieved, blogging and otherwise. It takes time to create a schedule but it is worth it in the end. Working with brands must have been a wonderful experience!

Hold onto those positive vibes. ๐Ÿ™‚

  8. Congratulations, those are amazing achievements!
I’ve recently been contacted by a brand to review one of their products – that’s the first time that’s happened so I’m pretty proud of that!

  9. Those are great accomplishments for the year! Kudos doll! One thing I’ve accomplished is planning a vacation set for a month and a half from now. We’ve always talked about going somewhere but we never committed and planned. I’m SO excited that we finally accomplished planning our trip. It’s going to be fun!
