One of my goals for this year is to focus back on my healthy eating and exercise regime. So that means more home cooked meals and making better recipe choices.
Growing up my mum would use Schwartz seasonings and continues to do so even now. I have followed in my mum’s footsteps and I now use them as an adult. There is something so easy about adding these seasonings and away you go.
I am not going to lie, I am no gourmet chef and I am always trying to cook different dishes. So whenever I have the chance to make cooking easier, I am definitely there for it. I never thought about chip seasoning before, but you season other food, so why not?

I decided to use this seasoning with skinny fries.
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C
- Drizzle the chips with some olive oil
- Bake for 30 minutes with the chicken until cooked
- Once cooked shake the seasoning over the chips
Although it states chip seasoning, this blend could be used to season fish, chicken and pasta dishes too. Such a simple method for this recipe.
This seasoning was a delicious blend that packed so much flavour for the chips. I decided to pair the chips with breaded chicken breast, which made for a great pair! Especially when I used some of the seasoning on my chicken too! You can taste all the ingredients in the seasoning and brings boring chips to life! This is an easy and simple way to add flavour to your simplest of dishes.
