We are not going into the last month of 2020, this year has been a rollercoaster of a ride and I think we all need a bit of Christmas and laughter to recharge and nourish our minds and souls. Using a bullet journal is one tool I use to keep organised and to help me be the most productive with my time.
Allocating time to design my next month in my journal is one of my self care activities, I can relax and I get time to be really creative. I have shared my December spread which is a simple spread to inspire your December designs or even to start using a bullet journal.
1. Cover page
I decided to include an overview of the month on the cover page, this can help me plan things with a quick glance rather than getting out my calendar. I wanted to do more doodles for this spread. It is always good fun to busy out the colouring pens and start doodling, I find it so relaxing.
2. Mood tracker
The mood tracker or mental health tracker is such a beneficial page to include in your monthly spreads. I can track patterns and see what triggers and the effect they have on my mood and productivity. I decided to use a tree theme throughout this months spread as it is the lead up to Christmas. It is always healthy to check in with yourself and how you are feeling.
3, Habit tracker
Using a habit tracker is so helpful in holding myself accountable for daily or weekly tasks that I want to achieve, I chose the most important ones I want to focus on this month. I want to make sure I am being the most productive with my time.
4. Self care tracker
Self care is vital to a healthy nourished life and this tracker is a new addition to my monthly set up. Regularly making yourself a priority is a way you can feel relaxed and refreshed and avoid the dreaded burn out. I listed a few inexpensive activities to show yourself some love.
5. Sleep log
Another new addition to my bullet journal is a sleep log. I have struggled with my sleep for a month or two now and so I decided to create a log where I can track my sleep and highlight any patterns that could be a problem.
6. Blog stats
This page is so helpful and I have been using this set up for months. I am able to look back and see the growth of my blog each month and whew I need to put in more effort. I recommend if you are a blogger, that you record your blog statistics so that you can track your progress.
7. Blog schedule
This page is another new addition as I usually record this in a separate notebook, however having it all in my bullet journal with help me stay organised with my blog. I have been using a blogging schedule for a while now and it helps me plan content ahead of time and I avoid stressing to find time or content to put out there, it makes blogging so much more enjoyable.
Ooh I love these minimalistic trees! My Christmas theme is a bit chaotic 😂 but I do have the same spread ideas! Great to see another Christmas theme ☺️

This is adorable! I love all the fun, festive little trees all over everything. How can you look at that and not immediately start thinking about the holiday season? Right?
I am just getting started in bullet journalling but I never considered adding a sleep tracker. That being said, sleep is something that I have always struggled with, so it’s a great idea!

Yeah me too, I am replying to this at 4:49am as I haven’t been able to get to sleep. I definitely recommend a sleep log. If you need any help or ask any questions be sure to dm me about bullet journalling. Enjoy your journal journey ☺️

Love your bujo setup!
Im still in process of planning tho for my bujo, thinking that will be a cozy home theme.
About the trackers list- neither of them i have currently tried except the schedule which i really need the most at this time.

I’m constantly impressed by different bujo layouts. People get so creative and artistic with them. It makes me wish I had those skills, but I think I’d just be stressed out if I had to create my calendar each month like this. HOWEVER, I love looking at everyone else’s! Yours is gorgeous. The festive trees are so fun!

I love your handwriting! I really want to do a bullet journal, but I feel like I need to practice with my handwriting first, as I hate it haha! A self care tracker is such a good idea and a great way to encourage you to do it xx
