  2. How did you know I needed to read this today? I’ve been working practically around the clock lately because of the holiday season! I knew it was time for me to really focus on some self-care when I began to get 3 o’clock headaches and fatigue every day from staring at screens for 10+ hours a day. My favorite way to treat myself right now is with a good, cheesy Christmas film and some spiked spiced mocha. It’s so relaxing! I need to also utilize some of the other suggestions here!

  3. This is such a great list of ideas to pamper yourself! One way I’ve been caring for my mental health right now is spending an hour listening to Christmas music while I walk or dance. I feel so much better after I’ve done so!

Oooh I like the idea of applying for the job you really want, or a job for the lulz. YESS on scheduling alone time!! I make a point to do that – distraction-free! Thanks for sharing all of these great ideas!! For me, being able to play Call of Duty is a treat!!

  6. These are great suggestions. I have never been one to do the napping thing, but enjoying an occasional afternoon nap has become a favourite form of self-care as of late. It gives me that opportunity to relax and step away from all the stress in the world today (both from work in general as well as the unique stresses that have come with 2020). I’m going to start working my way through your list more!
