    1. I write myself little sticky notes during my night time routine. Before I go to bed my son will place them about, on my bathroom mirror. Coffee pot, back of the front door. Etc. And vice versa- he writes them and I place them about for him. Seems like we always notice them during the point in the day we need them. Seeing as how we are stuck in doors together pretty much 24/7. This is my HUGE silver lining.

    1. I can be quite negative about myself. But this year I am wanting to work on myself and what I think about myself. These affirmations are a great way to do it. I definitely think if you bring out more positivity you attract it.

  2. Great post! I like to leave sticky notes on my mirror which I’ll say before applying my skincare or makeup. 🙈 As silly as it sounds, it really does help.

  7. I made a pretty huge mistake in my work today and got SO mad at myself. Sitting at my desk just angry with feeling useless and stupid. I’m also having a horrible chronic illness flare-up today. I was not in a good place. I took a moment to go through these affirmations and I just need to say THANK YOU. I’m in tears with how much this helped today.
