Journaling has so many positive benefits including being able to manifest your dream life. Having my life turned upside down and for a long time things were out on hold, so I was left and still am a little lost.
I have some big decisions to make about my future regarding university, career options due to my health and I am definitely feeling a little lost in which direction I should go. So I am going to use journal prompts for manifesting to help me get on the right path. I then attract more abundance into my life.
Like writing out goals makes you more likely to achieve them same goes for manifestation. So you should write out exactly what you want because it can attract more of it into your life. By writing these down, you are allowing your mind to home in on what you desire and you can then attract those desires into your life.
I never thought much about manifestation however, I had been reading more on the subject and how powerful it can be when it comes to visioning my ideal life. This is why I decided to journal to figure out what I want my bigger picture to look like. If you are new to manifestation like I was, journaling prompts can be a great way to start.

I’m starting to journal more and these prompts are great, so thank you for sharing. Sometimes I don’t feel sure what to journal about so these will point me in the right direction and get me thinking.
Best of luck with making your big life decisions too, it’s hard when chronic illness rears its head and forces a rethink in life direction, but you will find the right path for you 🙂

I love that list
I love journaling for manifestation! I try to do this right after I meditate in the morning. Meditation helps me clear my mind to focus on what I want, while journaling helps me picture and manifest it! I’ve been slacking on my routine and healthy habits recently. I’ll try some of these prompts to inspire my writing again. Thanks for the helpful post, these prompts are all amazing Lauren!
I hope these prompts are helpful. Thank you for reading and commenting.

I’m so sorry you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed and lost with your big decisions to make. Hopefully you can pick something you’ll love. It wasn’t until i was in my late 30’s i realised what i wanted to do.
Thank you for reading and commenting. Oh really? Hopefully I will start to gain more clarity.
If I knew I would succeed at something I tried, I’d probably be an MP so I could try and change policies regarding mental health and disability inclusion in society. There’s so much that needs to be done. Another thing I’d likely pick would be to start my own business. Great journal prompts
They are some great dream jobs to have! I love the changing policies to help people with disabilities. Thank you for reading and commenting.
These are great prompts. It’s really good to sit down and have a think about some of these!

That’s amazing advice! and the questions are very thoughtful! I might add: What is holding you back and what are you afraid of? Since my late teens, I used to write in my journal every time I feel lost and want to take decisions. When goals are in our minds, they are only intentions. They are a bit mixed with thousands of general ideas/emotions and we don’t know where to start. Once written, we can organise our thoughts, making them easier to execute (building the roadmap)

What a great list of journal prompts! I love the focus on growth, self-exploration, and betterment, especially as felt in 18, 19, 31, 33, and 35! 🙂
Thank you for reading and commenting. I am glad you enjoyed them!
Hi Lauren,
#1 is where it all begins. Most folks muck up life because they do things from survival mode, not from genuine happiness. People work jobs mainly to survive and wonder why those 40 hour weeks for 40 years felt depressing. No one can be predominantly happy spending most of their time unhappily trying to survive.
Ryan
Definitely! Live is for living, enjoying and experiencing different things. Not continuous work. Shame the government doesn’t know that with the costs of things!
Hi Lauren,
This sounds very interesting and I really hope that it helps you achieve your goals. Will you be posting update posts?
It sounds very similar to visualisation – where you devote time to picturing the outcome that you want to achieve, typically just before sleep or through self-hypnosis. Many sports people use this approach but it can be applied to pretty much anything..
Thank you for reading and commenting. I will maybe share at the end of the year how I got on. Can you link your blog?
Great and I read through them and I find that I need them in my life. I will save this list. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for reading and commenting. I am so glad you found them helpful.
I’ve never really done manifestation before, but these all sounded too good and you might have caught my eye (and mind) with it! Thank you so much xx
I hope you do give them a try! They are super helpful. Thank you for reading and commenting.
I haven’t tried journal prompts that focus on maifestation before, but now I want to! This is a great list of prompts to do and I do like there are some that focus on things we’re grateful for and our goals, but others that address things we need to work on like toxic habits and things holding us back.
They are so helpful! Give them a go, I will be interested to see how you feel about them afterwards x
These are brilliant journal prompts for manifestation. I’m going to try and answer some of these prompts for myself! x

Great post/prompts! I have some really cool manifestation experiences. One time I manifested a green house using a monopoly piece, and another time, I manifested an $11,000 check doing a simple penny experiment/gratitude exercise 🤯
It is great you used manifestation. I hope it helps. Thank you for reading and commenting.
My pleasure! Looking forward to hearing more from you 😊
