AD. This is a collaborative post.
Today is the start of sexual health week and it is the perfect time to start talking about sex and sexual wellness.
We are starting to have more conversations about sexual wellness and how it is nothing to be ashamed of, but unfortunately sex can still be a taboo subject and has a stigma attached to it. In primary and secondary school I had sex education lessons but they were very brief. So growing up I just assumed you just don’t talk about it. You keep it to yourself, it is something private. In relationships it is vital that you talk openly about sex to build trust and intimacy.
Moreover, it is important to explore your own body to improve your sexual wellness. I think it is important to use my platform to talk more about sexual health and sexual wellness. Sex is a part of most people’s lives whether it is with a partner or on your own.
Satisfyer is the leading brand in the growing sexual wellness sector. They have products that are suitable for everyone and unbeatable prices.
The toys are made using body-friendly silicone with a waterproof (IPX7) finish and can be charged using a magnetic USB charger.

The two powerful motor can be controlled independently of each other using the control panel or on the app. The shaft of this vibrator can be heated up to 39 degrees which increases ability to orgasm as well as creating a body-like experience.
This toy offers 12 preset vibration programs but when used with app, you can create new programs. The free Satisfyer app is available on iOS and Android.
Satisfyer Supernova – £58.95
This vibrator adapts to your contours to give you unique pleasure. With the use of silicone flex technology and a chain joint on the inside, you can easily adjust it so that the pressure wave hits you in the right spot. Whilst the non-contact pressure waves stimulates the clitoris as well as massaging the G-spot.
The vibrator has 10 different vibration programme and 11 intensities to offer varied pleasures. This toy also has two motors that can be controlled separately enabling numerous combinations.
Sexual wellness is a part of your life and you should not feel embarrassed. There are so many ways that you can boost your sexual wellness whether you are with a partner or on your own.
Here are 5 ways you can boost your sexual wellness and feel liberated:
- Figure out what you like – Either with a partner or by yourself. You may find out that you enjoy something you thought you wouldn’t. It can be very liberating and empowering.
- Invest in high quality toys.
- Learn to communicate with your partner.
- Practise positive body image – If you don’t feel good about your body, it may be more difficult for you to enjoy sex.
- Trust in your relationship – It can be hard to have intimacy if you feel disconnected from your partner.
This is a very different post to what I would usually share on my blog, but I thought because it was Sexual Health Week it was the perfect time to use my platform to talk about an important topic. No one should feel ashamed about talking about their sexual health and wellness.
Do you have any tips on how you can boost your sexual wellness? I’d love to hear in the comments.
I like those topics as the awareness started recently and in some countries it is still a complete taboo that you can’t even discuss with your friends. I like the tips mentioned. Recently I was listening to a coach and she mentioned erotic music. She said music will help the brain relax and focus only on pleasure.
That’s a great tip! That makes sense. Thank you for reading and commenting.
YES! For speaking about this! I think you’ve hit the nail on the head when it comes to boosting sexual wellness, it’s 100% about how you feel towards yourself rather than how a partner makes you feel. The older I’ve gotten the better I’ve felt and that’s obviously had an effect sex-wise. Ooo-er! I didn’t realise it was sexual health week. I’ve had a post sat in my drafts for months discussing the taboos of a mother having and talking about sex and god forbid enjoying self pleasure. It’s currently a bit of a ramble but I should probably have a look at it again. Thanks for sharing! I hope these toys have been amazing for you!!

I didn’t realize it was Sexual Heath Week! I wish I’d have known cos I’d have definitely wrote something for it. Sexual health and being open and honest about all topics relating to sex, safe sex and female reproductive health is so important and definitely needs to be spoken about more. I absolutely LOVE airpulse technology, it’s been a game changer for me!
Thank you for reading and commenting. Yes it is so good isn’t it! X
We had a conversation about this with my partner. First thing I mention is communication is very important. Sex is more than what we think. Great tips!
Thank you for reading and commenting. That’s great you have had that conversation.
Thanks for talking about something that is still so taboo! I agree with all 5 tips, especially actually knowing what you like. Guessing games can be frustrating.
Thank you for reading and commenting.

I think it’s so important to know our own bodies and what does/doesn’t feel good; it means we can communicate better our needs with any partners we have and to make sure we can set and maintain boundaries that help us explore something wonderful. Great post!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. X
Thank you for raising awareness of such a taboo subject. It is all about self confidence and making time to connect with your partner.
Thank you for reading and commenting.
It’s so important to understand what you like that way you can easily help a partner understand the best way to please you.
Definitely. Thank you for reading and commenting.
I feel like this is something that should definitely be talked about more. So many women don’t talk about it and end up not being satisfied in their sexual life. Honestly it’d help your relationship too. I’ll definitely be checking out the Satisfyer Pro 2 myself!
I am glad you enjoyed this post. Thank you for reading and commenting.
i’m so glad more bloggers are sharing their thoughts on topics such as these. although the world still likes to make sexual health a taboo subject – it’s just as important as mental and physical health check ins. thanks for sharing.

It’s great that there’s sex education subject in UK schools. We don’t behave that subject in Malaysia. We only learn about sex from reading books, magazines, and internet. I believe it is important to learn about it before you do it. Btw, these toys look awesome. Thank you for sharing.
It is definitely important to teach children from a young age. X
I didn’t know it was awareness week so thanks for letting me know. I always tell friends that it’s important to talk with your partner when it comes to sex, so both know what they like, don’t like, want to try, missing etc. it’s healthy and vital to share this with your partner. As for the toys, I’m a fan and so I’ll end this review here and do some clicking on the links 😂. Thanks for sharing.
I hope you find some toys you like. Thank you for reading and commenting. X

Sex, a natural part of life and yet such a taboo subject. As someone who is own her own sexual journey to learn more about pleasure and sexual wellness, this post was a great read. Sex is an intimate act, but it should be open for discussion. It’s how we learn and build awareness after all. Thanks for sharing.
I am glad you found this post a great read. Enjoy your journey!
This was such an important and interesting read! I totally forgot it was sexual health week until I saw a couple of posts around. It’s so refreshing to see more people talking about this and most of all to share that it’s more a journey to know and pleasure yourself than anyone else! Thanks for sharing x
I definitely think everyone (if they feel comfortable) should share positive messages like this because that is what I would have like to have read when I was a late teen into my early 20s. Thank you for reading and commenting.
I think it’s fantastic there’s a sexual health week! The toys look interesting especially the first one. Also, I agree with your tips and it’s important to know what you like, and communication and trust are so important in a relationship.
Thank you for reading and commenting. It is really important. Xx
I always been very curious on trying the bunny vibrator maybe this year I will finally treat myself on adults toys.
It good to break taboo by being more open about the sexual wellbeing. Not just prevent diseases but also learning what we like and what we don’t like and etc…
There is nothing to be embarrassed about and definitely something you should explore. Thank you for reading and commenting.
