It is National Creativity Day tomorrow (May 30th) and being a creative and lifestyle blogger, I couldn’t not acknowledge this day now could I? I think that it is a common misconception that people in the creative industry, are constantly full of inspiration and have so many different ideas. This is NOT the case!
Since sharing my post about things you should know before you start a bullet journal, I have had so many messages about setting up a spread that is minimalistic. I thought because I am having a busy month, that taking the minimal amount of time to set up for June would work best for me.
Life passes by so fast and so it is incredibly easy to forget to be thankful for all the awesome things what we are given in life. Studies have shown that consistently keeping track of what you are grateful for and acting on these feelings of appreciation can actually boost your immune system, making you healthier as well as happier.
Are you interested in being part of the bullet journal community? That is awesome! Welcome! Bullet Journaling is becoming such a well known and well used form of planning.
I am sure I am not the only one that feels that they should be constantly doing something productive. Whether that something be working, chores or other activities. I feel there is so much pressure to be consistently working towards a goal and achieving.
I have been journaling or keeping a diary on and off since I was young. Do you remember the diaries that had little padlocks on them? Thinking it was so safe locked, turns out, a little fiddle with a hair pin and the thing popped open ha ha!
Oh my goodness, it is so good to be back! I had to take a very immediate break from my blog and social media as I was extremely poorly. I have been on bed rest for over a week to avoid going to hospital. Trying to completely stop and rest I actually found really hard ha ha! I am so glad to be back on social media and my blog, I am of course taking it slow, but I have missed talking with you all.
