Bullet journalling for me is not only about being organised but it is another creative outlet for me to experiment with lettering, colour and washi tape. There is so many different designs and so many creative possibilities to fill those blank pages. It makes me happy. If I feel stressed or anxious I get my bullet journal and do something creative. I am going to share 5 other reasons why I love to bullet journal and how it benefits me.
When you search online about bullet journalling there is so many do’s and don’ts, photos of weekly spreads and so much information. It can be so overwhelming especially if you are new and are wanting to learn how you can start.
Bullet Journals can be so versatile and you can use them to track all sorts of projects. I like to use my bullet journal for blogging as well as personal day-to-day tasks and include weekly spreads.
By using my bullet journal I am able to track all my blog progress and social media engagement all in one place. I can also reflect on the previous month and see what social media platforms are working well and where I need to spend more time.
I am so excited to be sharing this post because it means I am back to bullet journalling. If you didn’t already know I had been bullet journalling for 2 years and then I came across the Happy Planner (which I wrote about here). I have trialled the planner for several months and at first it worked well, but I began to struggle.

I first learned about bullet journalling when I was watching Lily Pebbles videos on Youtube and fell in love with the concept. I spoke to my auntie and she had already been bullet journalling for a while and shared her tips and where I could buy the essentials. I fell in love with creative outlet it gave me, I was able to design my layouts and be proud of what I had created. I have used a variety of different planners and journals, bullet journals are definitely the ones that not only make me the most productive but the ones that bring me the most joy.
