New Year, New Goals

I cannot believe we are about to be in a brand new year, 2020! I love the feeling of a brand new year, the fresh start feeling where anything is possible.

I like setting goals for the year ahead, I prefer to set goals than resolutions. Throughout the year, there will of course be new goals I will want to achieve. I have set out overall goals that I would want to work towards. I think setting goals are important as for me it gives me focus.

My Reflection On 2019

I can’t believe I am writing my reflection of 2019, how is it the end of the year? It is also the end of a decade! I feel that the end of the year is the perfect time to reflect on what has happened and what you have achieved. Sometimes I forget to remind myself of how much I have achieved or the positive changes that have happened over the past year. Writing a blog post like this is humbling and I feel incredibly grateful for another year. Posts like these act as viral diary for me to be able to look back in years to come also.
